culfadda national school, sligo
Works consisted of an infill extension which provided a new classroom and linked two existing buildings on site. The design also ensured provision of much needed disabled facilities for the school.
McCabe Architects worked with the school and department to alter the initial brief which requested the provision of a third stand alone building in a four classroom school. The final design provided a new modern entrance which linked the existing buildings on site. This addition addressed the change in level and ensured the consolidation of all buildings on site in a disabled friendly manner.
